Depreciation calculation issue after addition of cost in asset

I perfermed cost addition by changing the 'current Cost' of the Asset and placed check on 'Amortize Adjustment' check box that fetched the current open month in 'Amortization Start Date' field. After running depreciation a difference found approx Rs. 3.00 in the current month depreciation even this difference is appearing after revert the cost as previous. Also note that approx Rs. 3.00 is appearing for any amount added.
