Disabling Seeded Shipping Exceptions

Are there any downsides to disabling the seeded shipping exceptions?
 I have found that most of the seeded exceptions don't add much value and are ignored. Having them trigger automatically on deliveries confuses the end user, so I am thinking of disabling all the seeded ones with the type "Warning".
