Item ledger F4111 Qty doesnot match with Item availability F41021

Item ledger F4111 Qty doesnot match with Item availability F41021. I have also tried using application P4113 where Qty on Hand in the header doesnot equals to the sum total of the details. Same goes with the Value also.
