How do you get Contracts to show up in Administrator Workbench - My In Process Queue

I have contracts assigned to the salesrep as a vendor contact as well as on the sales credit form.

However, when the salesrep logins to the admin workbench - he/she is not seeing anything in the In Process Queues (even though he/she is getting (renewal) notifications in the notification worklist.

Furthermore, the salesrep is able to search for and access the contract via the admin workbench search tools.

So basically, the issue is - the In Process queues are empty although the login user has assigned entities.
