Pros and Cons of concurrent server residing on Apps or DB server..

Hi

We are planning for RAC (2 nodes), all of the sudden PCP popped up in picutre. is there any problem if we configure Concurrent server on Apps tier?? in short if some one can temme pros and cons for concurrent residing on Apps or DB server..
