Activity Graph not updating

Hi All

My database activity monitor seems to be frozen only for one database. Seems like it's not updating not moving forward, stuck at a specific time.

Agent is up and running, agent uploads to OMS, everything seems fine, just the performance graph that seems stuck.

is there anything I can do to resolve the issue?
