Expdp include schemas like?

Version 11.2.0.2
Trying to export schemas that begins with STAFFPLAN:

include=SCHEMAS:"LIKE 'STAFFPLAN%'"

in my parameter file. But I get an error:

ORA-39038: Object path "SCHEMA" is not supported for SCHEMA jobs.

Whats the correct syntax or maybe its not possible
