How to transfer budget amounts?

Hi,

I am using Capital projects with Cost Budgets.Now suppose i assigned Rs.50,000 cost budget for the project and my project got completed with only Rs.40,000/- so here i have a surplus of 10,000 which i would like to add to my cost budget of another running project.So i would like to basically transfer the remaining to amount to another project.....

Any solutions on how to achieve this?
