How to enforce Capacity Constraints in MRP

Hi,
I have created an MRP-Plan (Res. Material Planner) and defined a simualtion set in the option-window in order to calculate the resource load.
Know I see the resource load but have overlaods of 2000% and so on. How can I enforce Capacity Constraints in MRP?
I know how to do it for Manufacturing-, Production, or Masterplans in ASCP but it seems to not work the same way regarding MRP....
