Work order dependency

How can I handle work order dependency against another work order?

Here is the issue...I have a sales order placed in oct for part number 1111 and a work order xyz will build.   Work order xyz is waiting for parts to complete from work order xxx, when the parts complete for xxx and go into inventory, sales order will reserver against them before the work order xyz.
