Enterprise Manager Grid Control (OEM) on Windows 2008 64 bit?

Hello,I would like to install OEM on windows 64 bit to monitor a failsafe database. I cannot find 64 bit binaries to download. Is OEM certified to run on 64 bit at all? 
My databases are 11.2 with Failsafe 3.4.1. I'd go for Database Control, but that is not supported with Failsafe.
