Customer Merge

Hi,

We have a lot of Customers which had been merged over the years. The users when merging, did not use the 'Delete after merge' function. This has resulted in a large number of inactive Customers.

I was thinking of creating a Dummy Customer and merging all the inactive customers into this dummy customer.

Can you please let me know if this would be a good approach or if there is a better way to removed inactive customers.
