PAY: Employee Assignments Not Processed concurrent request

I've used this report for years and now as we just moved to R12 the report doesn't seem to be acting as it should.  I ran the pay and initially ran the report with no data.  I had to rollback the pay and reran the report after rollback and rerun and 4 people have shown up on the report.  Why I don't know as they are all active assignments and are receiving a pay.  Does anyone know what could have triggered these people to appear and is there an issue I need to correct?  thanks for your time
