Buy One Get One Modifier only if Unit Selling price is $100 or more

Hi, 
I'm looking at a way to use a promotional modifier for the following situation.

Buy 3 of Product A with a selling price > $100
Receive 1 of Product B for free.

While setting up the buy 3, get 1 free is easy, I'm not sure how to qualify it with a minimum selling price.

Ideas?
