Cannot View Purchase Order from the notification Email.

The Buyer receives an email notification that the purchase order for a service contractor is about to expire. When clicking the link in the email to View Purchase Order, they get an error: “You have insufficient privileges for the current operation." However, if this process is repeated from the Workflow Notifications form, the view will launch and the purchase order details are available. The error is only encountered from the email notice.
