Forms vs HTML budget: Not in sync?

Hi ALL experts,

When Oracle first came up with the project management module, the HTML budget was not sync to the forms budget screen and vice versa. Budgets created in HTML cannot be viewed in PSI screen and budgetary control does not work in HTML budget.

Now that we are in an upgraded environment R12.1.3 I am seeing that this is status quo. Is Oracle not doing anything to improve this?
