M4000 Memory

Hi Guru,

We have M4000 with the configuration memory as the following:

Memory Board 1: 8x 2GB DIMM

Memory Board 2: 8x 2GB DIMM

Memory Board 3: 8x 2GB DIMM

Memory Board 4 :8x 2GB DIMM

Total memory: 64GB

And now we need to replace the all DIMMs with 4 GB., so we could have 128GB memory.

What procedure must be follow to accomplish this task without error.

I heard we need service password for clear the fault .
