Pending activation in SAMS / Pending contract in MOS

Hi,
I have a customer who's trying to (re) activate ASR for its HDS 9990V.

Cu has 2 HDS 9990V storage that were activated in ASR.
Everything was fine.

For an unknown reason to Cu's knowledge, the CSI of the HDS 9990V was changed.
Since then, ASR can't be used to log new SR.

The devices are in "Pending contract" in MOS.
While they are in "Pending Activation" in SAMS.

We have no clue of what needs to be done.

Any hint where to start searching?
