How to create a .rep document in Oracle Reports

Hi

This is my first post and being a novice apologise if I could have done this differently.................

I am "self developing" and i'm looking at how to create a concurrent program to use some SQL to perform an action. I have the sql and wanted to know how to convert this to a .rep file to place in the folder "oracle reports" for my new concurrent job to reference and execute - can anybody help?

Also do you know the reference of the support guide that helps a user to define concurrent programs?
