ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [unable_to_trans_pc] [PC:0x7C829F60]

Team,

I am unable to find a solution for the below error

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [unable_to_trans_pc] [PC:0x7C829F60] [ADDR:0x63006C] [UNABLE_TO_WRITE] [] generated in my alert log.

Its a single instance database with 1.2 GB alocated to the specific instance.

Database is 10.2.0.1 and OS is Windows NT Version V5.2 Service Pack 2


Appreciate your prompt response for the same.
