PayCycle Isuue: Vouchers are not getting processed due to witholding option

Hi,

While Trying to run the pay cycle some of the vouchers are not getting processed and I am getting the below mentioned error in the trace file.

Could not find entity payment information and/or location for WITHHOLDING VENDOR  SNI01, 0000000863, 000001. (7400,40)

Am I missing any setup part due to which I am geeting this is error message.

As I checked the setup evrerything is correct.

Appreciate your help in advance!!!
