My environment is oracle version 11.2.0.2 on sun cluster solaris 10.

In my listener.log file, I am seeing this error.

TNS-12518: TNS:listener could not hand off client connection
 TNS-12547: TNS:lost contact
  TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
   TNS-00517: Lost contact
    Solaris Error: 32: Broken pipe

What might be the problem? How should I go about investigate this? Please advice. Thanks.
