Fresh installation of Solaris Cluster 3.3 (Common Agent Container is not installed)

I am trying to install Solaris Cluster 3.3 on Oracle Solaris 10 8/11 release  (patch 147440-07).  After selecting the options an error pops up:

Common Agent Container is not installed.
Refer to the Oracle Solaris documentation for installation instructions.

The CACAO & Web Console is installed and running. The following is the status of CACAO

# cacaoadm status
default instance is ENABLED at system startup.
Smf monitoring process:
15942
15943

# smcwebserver status
Oracle Java(TM) Web Console is running

# netstat -a | grep 6789
      *.6789               *.*                0      0 49152      0 LISTEN

# cacaoadm list-instances
default
