Batabase Migration eBusiness 12.1.3 to Win 2008 - Vmware

My client is :

Currently :

eBusiness 12.1.3 with 11gR1, Mono Tier on Solaris 10

He want to migrate

To :

Multi Tiers

Keep every thing on the same Solaris 10

But move the DB to a Win 2008 Server.

We plan to :

- Install 11gR1 on Win 2008 Server,

(Accordingly with : Oracle® Database Installation Guide 11g Release 1 (11.1) for Microsoft Windows - Part Number B32006-09. and 735276.1 - Interoperability Notes E-Business Suite R12with Oracle Database 11gR1 (11.1.0) )

- Export - Import the DB.

(Accordingly with : 741818.1 – Export/import for R12 using 11gR1 or 11gR2 )- After that we plan the run a rapid clone (postclone) to "reference" the new DB. My questions :
