Intercompany

We are in the process of testing intercompany and have one remaining issue we would like to work out. We have a UK and canadian company that is allowing posting from US companies. All the companies have defined curreny as it relates to each company, so us company USD, UK company Pounds, etc. How can i prevent the UK and CAN companies from allowing post from US Companies? UK and CAN cannot post to US companies, so just want to not allow US Companies to Post to UK or CAN either.
