Some UBE getting into ERROR due to Function: PDFDocGen_Save

Always its painful whenever we go for tool release upgrade.

Right now we went from Tool Release 8.98.2.3 to 8.98.4.5 and found that some of UBE getting into ERROR due to Function: PDFDocGen_Save.

i am totally annoyed now they way ORACLE releases the Tool Release without proper testing.

now ORACLE wants me to upgrade to 8.98.4.6 ..what a non-sense and will ask me again to upgrade when new error comes , so what i am going to tool release upgrade one after another.

So the question is that why ORACLE cannot ensure that they should not break the current working ube/objects while releasing a new one.
