Search KB Button on SR - Defaulting Keyword Search

Service Request > Search Knowledgebase Button> Defaulting Keyword Search when HTML window launches

Is there a way to control what is defaulting in the keyword search of KB, currently defaults problem detail, our our CS team is looking to have something else default in the search.
