interpreting mpstat output

Can some explain what the value of "ithr" column shows 0 for CPU 1,2,3 below? This is zero from table two onwards. The vmstat report show the CPU's are 80-85%. I'm not sure of mpstat is saying only CPU 0 is used and CPU 1,2,3 are NOT used at all. Could you please help?
