How to define charges In sales order

 Hi ,
How can i define Charges To be added in the charges LOV in [ orders , returns > Sales Orders  > Actions > Charges ]

This is the correct place to add expenses like Freight , Transportation , inspection , ...etc  ?



Please note that i don't want to adjust the item price , i want to show the charges alone , just to affect on the sales order total amount .
