Question about CPU Oct 2011 for DB 11.1.0.7 on Microsoft windows x64(64-bit)

Dear Experts,
One of my customer has following questions related to CPU.

Database Version: 11.1.0.7
Platform: Microsoft Windows x64(64-bit)

1. CPU Oct.2011 include 9107440?
2.  Patch 9107440 only for 11g db home? Or need to apply to CRS/ASM home, too?

Please advise ASAP.
