Interface Trip Stop complete in Warning - ORA-00001: unique constraint (ONT.OE_ORDER_LINES_U1) viola

Hi,

I have a failed trip stop with the following error...

InterfaceTripStop: processing stop_id 2636771 for INV OM DSNO
Time spent in notification framework is (sec) 0
no. of OE messages :1
Error msg: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ONT.OE_ORDER_LINES_U1) violated in Pack
age oe_line_util Procedure Insert_Row
Failed to interface Batch  554286  to Order Management because API interface_hea
der_to_OM failed
InterfaceTripStop: total stops processed: 1
Stops processed for ORDER MANAGEMENT with status NORMAL: 0
Stops processed for ORDER MANAGEMENT with status WARNING: 1
Stops interfaced for ORDER MANAGEMENT: 0

When looking on Metalink, I have found the following note; 1278056.1 which states the issue requires a patch to be applied, but this is just one record and we haven't experienced this issue before or since, so I am reluctant to apply the patch.
