Performance - EBS (MOSC)

Doing a File > Export from a form, Pop Window gets hidden and cant get to the .TSV file.

Hello,
I am trying to do the above from a Windows 7 client, I open up a form in EAM, Go to File > Export, when it says exporting, close to %100 I hold down the CTRL key as this is what we had to do in the past. This no longer works? Any ideas?
