JTM: Application Conflict Rule Profile Option

We are in the process of evaluating and planning to make a change to the JTM: Application Conflict Rule which we currently have set to "Server Wins" at the Site level in our 11.5.10 environment. All of our mobile users are using Windows Mobile PDAs (Oracle Mobile Field Service/Handheld). When we have discussed this profile option with Oracle Mobile Dev in the past they always stated that the recommended setting is "Server Wins", however we see 800-1000 deferred transactions per day with the most common being UPWARD SYNC CONFLICT: CLIENT LOST: CSM_SERVICE_REQUESTS_PKG.APPLY_UPDATE. This deferred transaction indicates a change was made
