Loading Smart Lists using the OutlineLoad utility - Operations available

Using the Public Sector Planning version (11.1.2.1)

When loading Smart Lists using the OutlineLoad utility, there's an Operation header, the operations that I've seen on the examples are either:
'addsmartlist' or 'addEntry', what other operations are available? Can I delete or update members of the smart list using the OutlineLoad utility?
