Stat code SCOD missing when you run the R07500 from all the tables after you run the R07500? why di

I ran the instructions for the R07500 after loading the Vertex 3.0 upgrade for PA and the STAT Code (SCOD) in the tables for example F069016 is missing.  They were there before running the R07500 and now they are gone.  I ran the job as per instructed but now I am having to update files per SQL why did this happen?
