Move Order Options

Hello All

When i create a Move order manually, goto the transact move order form, the option for "Print Pick Slip" in the Tool menu is disabled.

1. How do i get it enabled.

2. Is there any way i can also get a pack slip or any other reports attached to it?

3. If the Move order is back ordered , can we create requisition/PO for the procurement of the item automated

ANy inputs will be really helpful
