How do I enable VNC server in the Solaris 11 zone?

It does not seem to be obvious how to enable VNC server in the Solaris 11 zone? It was rather easy task in Solaris 10, but the same steps do not work in Solaris 11 zone. Does anybody have step-by-step instructions for this problem? Thank you.
