Security for Workforce Planning

Is there a way to allow a user to have full admin rights to just Workforce Planning and not the other cubes? I guess another way of saying this, can you grant admin rights at the Plan Type level?  We are on 11.1.1.1 and have a Fin and WFP database within one Planning instance but want to give admin rights to one cube or the other. Obviously our Admin has full rights but we may want to grant Finance full admin rights to Fin but no rights to WFP or vice versa.  Any suggestion/tricks are appreciated!  Thx!
