Gird notification alerts

 I would like to add few email alert notification in the grid control. I am using Oracle 11.2.0.1 (Windows - 64bit)  on host A and Oracle Grid control runs on Host B to monitor all the databases.

I am trying to add new notification (ex: Tablespace Freespace) rule and enter the threshold values for Critical or warning notification. I am unable to find the location where I can add these threshold values on the grid control.

I logged in Grid control web page ( as SYSMAN) and clicked on "Preferences" => Rules  => Create new rule...

Please correct me if I am wrong.
