Email notification alert on Grid control

I would like to create new notification alert for my Oracle 11.2.0.1 (64 bit Windows) database on the grid control. I am trying to create new (or want to add critical / warning threshoold values) alert called "Tablespace Free Space" alert.

I could not find the location where i can enter these threshold values. I logged on the web based grid control as SYSMAN user and clicked on "Preferences" => Rules => Create new Rule.

Please let me know if I am doing in wrong place.
