Getting Error Message in iRecruitment

Dear All,

please help me out on the below issue / Error

  1. The iRecruitment Application is not currently installed. Please contact your Oracle Representative.

the above error iam getting when i seleting the Manager iRectuitment Responsibility. i have added 3 profile options to this responsibility such are ( HR Business, HR Security & HR User Type ) at Responsibility Level.

Do i need to add any other Profile Options to the above resopnsibility level or not, why i am getting the error ..?

If Possible please tell me what are the responsibilities do i need to define and profile options at site & Responsibility level .

Please give me your needful advise and solution.
