Not create territories in specific OU

Hi,

I am trying to create territories from Territory Manager for a specific OU. But in the OU LOV there is only one OU available and it is not the one in which I want to create the Territories.

Can you please help me in figuring out what the problem might be.

I have tried setting the MO: Default OU to the OU I want for responsibility Territory Manager. But this didn’t work.
