CO number Created but no order can be found in the table

Hi,

    I was wondering if others have encountered this issue - A credit order is created from history, the CO is processed, a CO number is given by the system, but when trying to inquire on the order I get no results. Also there is no order with the respective number in the table. The CO number is taken into account however by the system when creating another CO.
