How can I get P0684011 to also create a file in EWF2 format?

The new PA ACT 32 carries a requirement to report quarterly to a tax collection service all local taxes collected and the service reports to the employees home community. in the past (prior to 2012) the communities received paper reports. Now a file in a modified EWF2 format is to be sent to the tax collection service.
