Missing Ethnicity Data on HR_ADP_EMPLOYEE_VIEW after applying US HR 2011 Statutory patch that migrat

Last quarter, we applied the US HR 2011 Statutory patch 12604880:R12.PER.B and started to notice that after the migration steps were performed (post patch install) to move the ethnicity data from per_all_people_f to per_people_extra_information, that we lost ethnicity data in one of our Oracle-ADP views.  We use ADP Connection to interface with the delivered Oracle-ADP Views and it appears that after the migration, we can no longer see ethnicity data in the HR_ADP_EMPLOYEE_VIEW that resides in Oracle. 

Has anyone else encountered this after applying this patch and when using Oracle-ADP View?  I've opened a SR to see if there is possibly some other step to correct this or update the Oracle delivered view.  I would hope that we would not have to customize the view since the purpose of the views is to provide some core HR data in order to interface to ADP from Oracle.
