Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. US PAY: Form 941 Line 9

We are running our Q4 Form 941 and we are having problems balancing Line 9 Current Quarter's Adjustments for Tips and Group-term Life Insurance.

Has anyone else ran into a problem with this line?

Does anyone know how the Form is determining the balance to display on line 9?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
