Can iProcurement see BPA Line Descriptions

Can R12.1.3 I Procurement Catalog have extracts from Blanket Purchase Agreements that have Line Descriptions only, but not Inventory Items on the lines?

We are using Sourcing and creating Line items in Sourcing, converting to BPAs in core Oracle, but would like to have these line descriptions load into iProcurement as catalog items without using Inventory Master and Inventory Items
