Row Set Multiple SOB

Hi,

  We have multiple books and each have there own COA. Some Row Set Definitions of a book are visible across multiple books. Is there a way to prevent this?

   The way i understand FSG is Clolumn sets will be visoble across books but not the Row sets but in our case we can see both. Any help would be appretiated.
