Cannot Transfer WIP Issue Cost to Oracle Projects - Overhead Subelement

Hi,

A user entered a WIP Issue transaction (PJM installed) selecting Project and Task at transaction level.

The item used in the transaction has setup Material, Resource and Overhead costs.

The transaction couldn't be transferred to projects and when I checked the Material Transaction the Expenditure Type information was in blank.

The user completed the expenditure type value for Material Subelement and Resource Subelement, leaving in blank the Expenditure Type for the Overhead Subelement.

My understanding is that by design the system will asign the expenditure type to the transaction that comes from the one setting up in the subelement.
