US PAY: YE11 W-2 Box 13 -Retirement

We are currently reviewing our W-2's in a test instance and noticed that the Retorement Box is checked fo rALL employees. .However, we do have employees that do not meet the qualifications to particpate in the Pension plan for 2011.

Where in Oracle do we define the peole that are (or are not) qualified for Box 13 to be checked (or not checked) ?
